APPOINTMENT POLICIES
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may be charged a rescheduling fee of $50.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice incur no penalty.
FEES & PAYMENTS
Notarial Fees
Statutory notarial fees in Washington are capped at 15$ per notarized signature. These fees apply only to the notarial act itself. Witness signatures are not included in the fee amount.
SERVICE FEES
Fine Print Mobile Notary LLC charges additional business service fees, which may include:
* Travel Fees
* Printing Fees
* After- hours, Holiday, and Weekend Fees
* Convenience or mobile service fees
* Loan signing fees
* Administrative or document handling fees
These fees are separate from statutory notarial fees
PAYMENT TERMS
* Payment is due at the time of service
* We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES
Client agrees to:
* Ensure all documents are complete prior to the appointment
* Provide accurate information when booking, including detailing the location of signing
* Confirm all signers are present, willing, and competent
* Understand that the notary may refuse service if fraud, coercion, or incomplete documentation is suspected
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Fine Print Mobile Notary LLC reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue service if:
* Proper identification is not provided
* Documents are incomplete or contain blank spaces
* The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the transaction
* The request violates Washington Notary Law or ethical standards
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and handle all documents with strict confidentiality. We do not retain copies of client document unless required for loan signing or business record purposes. Personal information is used solely for identification, invoicing, and service delivery.
LIMITATION & LIABILITY
Fine Print Mobile notary LLC is not responsible for:
* The legal accuracy or validity of documents
* Errors or omissions within client provided documents
* Delays caused by third parties (shipping, lenders, title companies, etc.)
* Losses resulting from improper document preparation
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
To ensure the smoothest appointment possible, please have the following ready:
*A valid, unexpired government - Issued ID
* All documents complete (but not signed)
* Any witnesses required by your document type
* Accurate appointment address and access instructions
* The legal accuracy or validity of documents
